摘要
本文介绍了甜菜单倍体植株染色体5种人工加倍方法。试验结果看出,方法1是较理想的加倍途径,加倍频率可达85%,用于这种加倍方法的秋水仙液经灭菌后可重复使用;在无振荡器情况下也可用方法2来达到加倍目的,加倍频率可达45%;其它3种方法各有其明显弱点,使用宜慎。
Five methods for artificial doubling of chromosome of haploid sugarbeet were introduced in this paper. The testing results shown that method one was the best way in all of these methods. The frequency of artificial doubling could reach 85% up,and the colchicine after sterilization may be utilized repeatedly which were used aready. Method two applied could achieve the aim of artificial doubling under no oscillator,and the frequency of artificial doubling could reach 45%, All other three have obvious failings except above-mentioned two methods and they have to be used with great care.
