摘要
本文对寒冷气候地区住宅电梯的故障进行了统计分析研究。总结出了电梯故障的八大类型及各类故障发生的原因。通过统计分析、跟踪测试,找到了不同使用周期的住宅电梯的故障特点,得到了不同温度(冬、夏)条件下,住宅电梯故障的变化规律,提出了降低住宅电梯故障的措施和建议。通过住宅电梯管理单位及维保单位的应用,取得了很好的效果。
This paper makes a statistical analysis on the fault of the residential elevator in the cold climate region, summarizes eight fault types of elevator and the causes of various types of fault. Through statistical analysis, tracking test, fault characteristics in different use cycle are found. The residential elevator fault change law in the different temperature （winter and summer） conditions is found. Measures and suggestions are put forward to reduce the fault of residential elevator. The application on residential elevator management units and maintenance units achieved good results.
