摘要
随着铁塔高度的增高,抱杆高度也随之增加,其稳定问题尤为突出。为了深入研究抱杆结构的整体稳定性能,使用特征值屈曲方法在平衡吊重工况下分析抱杆结构临界荷载随各因素变化规律。同时,为考虑初始缺陷、不同加工条件等因素对结构稳定性能的影响,提出一种不平衡起吊稳定承载力简化计算方法,给出抱杆结构不平衡起吊整体稳定承载力计算式、步骤和各参数选取方法。该方法效率高,满足工程所需精度。通过对某一工程实例进行有限元分析,得到关键参数,将其代入整体稳定计算式,得到示例抱杆不平衡吊重为16.3 k N。
The height of holding poles increased with the increasing of tower height,stability problem is particularly prominent. In order to study the overall stability capacity of holding poles,eigenvalue method was used to analyze the variation of the critical load of the pole structure under the condition of balanced hoisting. A simplified method adopting inplane stability of eccentrically loaded built-up columns was proposed to determine the overall stability capacity under unbalanced hoisting conditions which could take initial imperfection into consideration. The calculation steps and selection method of each parameter were proposed in this paper. To improve computational efficiency,the finite element software was used for solving the key parameters,and substituted into the formulae,then the bearing capacity of the pole structures was obtained. The proposed method was applied to calculate the bearing capacity of the sample holding-pole. The results showed that the unbalanced load is 16. 3 k N.
