摘要
根据支架压铸件结构特点,设计了支架压铸模结构和压铸工艺参数。用ProCAST数值模拟软件进行了支架充型凝固过程数值模拟,利用模拟结果设计了浇注系统,确定了合理的压铸工艺参数:浇注温度600℃,模具预热温度210℃,压射速度2m/s。通过生产出的模具进行压铸生产实验,得到了合格的铝合金支架压铸件,验证了模拟结果可以应用于实际生产中。
Using the ProCAST software, analysis the die-cast process of the aluminum bracket body with the computer simulation and forecast the casting temperature and shrinkage defects distribution when the pouring temperature is 600℃, mold preheating temperature of 210℃ and the injection speed of 2m/s. According to the preliminary simulation results, cast- ing gating system and overflow drain system are optimized to eliminate the shrinkage defects. Process scheme is verified by ex- periments, access to qualified castings.
