摘要
利用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([BMIM][PF6])作为季戊四醇丙烯醛树脂(123树脂)的增塑剂,研究了[BMIM][PF6]含量为0~10%条件下其对123树脂增塑性能的影响。分别采用万能试验机和动态力学分析仪(DMA)研究了[BMIM][PF6]对123树脂固化物综合力学性能的影响。结果表明,BMIM][PF6]能提高123树脂预聚体的流动性,效果优于邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP),加入10%的[BMIM][PF6]能将123树脂预聚体50℃粘度降至185mPa·s。[BMIM][PF6]含量越多123树脂固化物的断裂延伸率越大、拉伸强度越小,加入10%的[BMIM][PF6]的123树脂固化物的断裂延伸率和拉伸强度分别为14.2%和38.2MPa。123树脂固化物的玻璃化温度随[BMIM][PF6]含量增加而降低,韧性随[BMIM][PF6]含量增加而增加。
Ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([BMIM][PF6])was used as a plasticizer of acrolein-pentaerythritol resin(123resin).The effect of[BMIM][PF6]content under the condition of 0~10% on the plasticizing properties of 123 resin was studied.The comprehensive mechanical properties of cured 123 resin were studied by an universal testing machine and a dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA)respectively.Results show that[BMIM][PF6]can effectively improve the flowability of prepolymer of 123 resin,the effect is better than that of diethyl phthalate(DEP)and addition of 10% [BMIM][PF6]can make the viscosity of 123 resin prepolymer at 50℃reduce to 185mPa·s.The more the[BMIM][PF6]content,the greater the elongation at break and the lower the tensile strength of 123 resin cured products,and the elongation at break and tensile strength of 123 resin containing 10% [BMIM][PF6]are 14.2%and 38.2MPa,respectively.The glass transition temperature decreases and tenacity increases of 123 resin cured products with the increasing of[BMIM][PF6]content in 123 resin.
