摘要
目的:观察注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择老年冠心病心绞痛患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组均予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、心电图变化、不良反应发生率。结果:临床疗效及心电图效果比较,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗3月内随访观察组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间和硝酸甘油的用量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论:丹参多酚酸盐治疗老年冠心病心绞痛可改善患者临床症状,缩短心绞痛持续时间,减少心绞痛发注次数,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Selection elderly patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients in 60 cases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each.The two groups are to be the routine treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment on the basis with salvianolate therapy,compared two groups of patients with treatment effective rate and the changes of electrocardiogram （ECG）;observation of two groups of patients,the inci-dence of adverse reactions.Results clinical symptoms and ECG effects were observed and compared.In the treatment group the effec-tive rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）;3 months follow-up observation group angina attack frequency,duration and nitroglycerin dosage was significantly lower than that of the control group of two groups of patients treated,the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）;group 2 patients had no serious adverse reac-tions occurred.Conclusion salvianolate in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease （CHD）can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the duration of angina pectoris and reduction in angina onset times of injection,adverse reactions occur rate is low,it is worth for clinical use.
