摘要
目的：评估泡沫敷料在低蛋白血症患者围手术期压疮预防中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年10月~2015年12月我院收治的低蛋白血症患者126例作为研究对象,随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理措施并使用气垫床与翻身垫;观察组给予泡沫敷料进行保护,比较两组患者压疮发生情况。结果：观察组患者压疮发生率较对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者压疮主要发生于受压明显的部位,其中股骨大转子与骶尾部压疮发生率有明显增加（P〈0.05）。观察组压疮愈合时间较对照组相比明显缩短（P〈0.05）。同时,观察组患者临床满意度亦明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：压疮主要好发于受压明显的部位,泡沫敷料可有效保护患者受压部位皮肤,降低压疮发生率,缩短压疮愈合时间,减少了患者的痛苦,患者认可度较高,具有较好的预防效果与应用价值。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of foam dressing on pressure ulcer prevention of patients with hypoproteinemia during the perioperative period. Methods：A total of 126 patients with hypoproteinemia treated in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 were selected as research objectives and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In addition to the routine nursing care,air cushion bed and the turning mat were used at the control group. The observation group was given the foam dressing to protect. The pressure ulcer conditions in the two groups were compared. Results：The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Pressure ulcers in the two groups of patients mainly occurred in the parts where pressure was obvious. The pressure ulcer incidences in the femoral greater trochanter and the sacrococcygeal area increased significantly（P 〈 0. 05）. The healing time of pressure ulcer in observation group was sig-nificantly shorter than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. At the same time,the clinical satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The pressure ulcer mainly occurs in the areas which are pressed obviously. The foam dressing can effectively protect the skin of the affected part of the patient,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,shorten the healing time of pressure ulcer and reduce the patient’s pain. It has good prevention effect and application value and gains high approval from the patients.
