摘要
断裂伸长率是评价材料拉伸性能的主要指标,为了能真实地测量钢质埋地管道聚乙烯防腐层的拉伸性能,对国内外不同标准中关于断裂伸长率的验收要求进行了对比,分析了GB/T23257—2009《埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐层》中断裂伸长率验收要求指标的合理性。分析结果表明,国内标准对断裂伸长率的验收要求≥600%,该指标相对于国内外同类标准过于严苛,且测量方法也不够完善。最后给出了应适当降低验收要求,并增加断裂伸长率补充测量方法的建议。
Fracture elongation is the main index to evaluate the tensile properties of material; in order to truly measure the tensile properties of the steel buried pipes polyethylene anticorrosive coating, it compared the acceptance requirements about fracture elongation in different standards at home and abroad, and analyzed the rationality of the acceptance requirements of fracture elongation indicators in 23257—2009 standard Polyethylene Coating for Buried Steel Pipeline. The analysis results indicated that the acceptance requirements in domestic standards is not less than 600%, the index is too harsh relative to the similar standards at home and abroad, and the measuring method is not perfect. Finally some proposals were given, including properly reduce acceptance requirements, and increase the supplement measurement method of fracture elongation rate.
