高应力煤层破碎条件下支护钢带的优化研究

摘要 基于高应力煤层破碎条件下巷道支护材料的优化问题,针对支护中钢带的作用机理及参数选型等方面进行优化分析,并对不同类型钢带所能提供的载荷参数进行比较,通过现场实践得出适应高应力煤层破碎条件下的JW高强度钢带。实践表明:该类型钢带的应用无论从经济上还是安全上均取得了较好的效果,为今后类似条件下巷道支护材料参数的优化积累了实践经验,有较好的应用价值,值得积极推广和完善发展。 Based on the optimization of roadway supporting material under the condition of broken high stress coal seam, the optimization of steel belt mechanism and parameter selection are carried out, and the load parameters available for different types of metal belt are compared. Onsite experiment verifies the JW high-strength steel belt which adapted the conditions of broken high-stress coal seam. Practice shows that the application of the type of steel belt has achieved good results both economically and safely, and has accumulated practical experience for the optimization of parameters of roadway supporting material under similar conditions in the future, and is worthy of actively promoting for future improvement and development.
