摘要
将模压聚酰亚胺复合保持架材料缺陷分为表面缺陷、性能缺陷和内部缺陷,针对具体的15种缺陷表现形式,采用全面质量管理理论,从人、机、料、法、环5方面分析产生缺陷的原因,并提出解决方案。
The molding polyimide comPosite cage material defects are divided into surface defect, performance defect and inner defect. The overall quality control theory is adapt aiming at fifteen specific forms of defects. The causes of defects are analyzed from five aspects - man, machine, material, method and environment, and solutions are proposed.
