摘要
某电厂屏式过热器频繁发生泄漏,为分析泄露原因,对爆口进行宏观检查,采用化学分析、金相检验、力学性能试验、能谱分析等方法,综合分析认为泄漏的主要原因是集箱内隔板开裂,部分蒸汽泄漏直接进入出口,造成进入后部U型弯的蒸汽流量减小,流速降低,更易加剧U型弯下部异物附着堆积,影响传热,加速管子下部水平段局部超温爆管。
Frequently leakings happened in the platen superheater of a power plant boiler,for analyzing the reason of leakage,The blast pipe is test by the methods of the macroscopic inspection,chemical analysis,mechanical properties test, metallographic examination, energy spectrum analysis,comprehensive analysis think the main reason for the leakage is diaphragm of the Header cracking,which lead to Part of the steam leak directly into the outlet,the steam flow of entering the rear section of the U-shape bend is reduced,the steam flow rate decreased,foreign body attached and accumulated in the u-shaped bend of the lower part seriously,affecting the heat transfer,accelerating tube local overheat and burst of the lower horizontal part.
