摘要
根据目前公共图书馆存在的问题,构建大型公共图书馆基础咨询与服务体系模型,该模型详细概括一轴两环的主要内容和作用,分析其相互之间的关系。通过建立浦东图书馆咨询服务体系,帮助馆员解决读者问题,针对特殊的读者,可进行个性化定制,开展图书馆的个性化服务业务。
A model of the basic consultations and services system has been built in the article in accordance with the problems existing in the large public library. The model generalizes the main contents and roles of one axis and two ring, and analyzes their interrelation. Librarian could solve reader＇ s problems by this consultations and services sys- tem, and it can provide personal library service according to reader＇s special need.
