摘要
在外啮合齿轮泵工作过程中,由于困油压缩产生高压,形成阻力矩,从而会产生一定的搅油损失。为了确定这部分损失的大小,提出了通过困油压力预测齿轮泵搅油损失的计算方法。利用FLUENT软件的动网格技术对某型号外啮合齿轮泵进行了二维的仿真计算,分析了一个困油周期内搅油损失随转速、工作压力的变化情况。结果表明,搅油损失主要受到困油压力的影响,并随着转速和工作压力的增大而增大,其大小占输入功率的0.43%~5.26%。
The pressure generated by the compression of the trapped oil lead to a resistance moment, which will result in a certain oil churning power losses, when the external gear pump is working. In order to determine this part of losses, a calculation method of the oil churning power losses of external gear pump is presented. The two - dimensional simulation of a certain type of external gear pump is carried out by using dynamic mesh technology of CFD software FLUENT, and the change of the oil churning power losses in a period of the trapped -oil under different revolving speed and working pressure is analyzed. The results indicate that the oil churning power losses are mainly affected by the trapped - oil pressure, and increase along with the revolving speed and working pressure, which account for 0. 43% -5.26% of the input power.
