摘要
为了满足排队时间服务标准并节约成本,对值机设备动态分配进行了研究。利用机场离港系统的历史数据,分析了旅客到达分布。在此基础上,基于M/M/C排队系统,以开放的值机柜台总数最少为目标,考虑服务质量的约束,构建了值机柜台动态分配模型。应用整数递归方法求解该模型。实际算例表明,本分配方法可以减少值机人员冗余,为机场控制成本和提高服务质量提供可行的方案。
In order to meet the queuing time standards and save costs, a dynamic allocation method of check-in staff is put forward. Historical data from the departure system are used to analyze the arrival distribution of passengers. On this basis of M/M/C queuing system the dynamic allocation model is formulated aiming to minimize the check-in counter and to consider the service standards meanwhile. Integer programming is adopted to solve the model. Actual examples show that this model could reduce the redundancy in check-in staff and improve the service quality of the airport efficiently.
