摘要
分析了高镍基合金叶片加工中存在的加工时间长、刀具磨损大、表面质量不稳定三大问题,通过优化加工工艺、刀具和数控程序等改进措施提高了高镍基合金叶片的加工效率和质量,同时也减少了刀具损耗,达到了降本增效的目的。
The problems including long processing time, serious tool wear and unstable surface quality in the machining process of high nickel based alloy blade are analyzed. The process efficiency and quality has been improved by optimization of the machining process, selection of new tool and numerical control program, resulting in reduce of the tool wear with lower cost.
