摘要
建立了配H级汽轮机高中压整体内缸所在高中压模块的共轭换热数值模型,并且基于整体的稳态计算结果建立了高温螺栓工作区域的局部共轭换热模型。得到了各高温螺栓工作区域的温度场、流场以及各高温螺栓的工作温度,并将其与传统有限元方法所得的结果进行了对比。结果表明,采用共轭换热的数值分析方法能够更加准确全面地对螺栓工作温度进行研究,其研究结果对于目前的工程应用具有重要的指导意义。
An integral numerical calculation model of the conjugate heat transfer for the combined HP and IP casing was established using commercial software. Based on the steady state calculation of the integral model, the conjugate heat transfer model for the area of the high temperature bolts was set up. Then, the temperature field, flow field and the working temperature for the bolts were obtained and compared with the calculation results of the traditional FEM. It is indicated that the conjugate heat transfer analysis can be applied to investigate the working state of the bolts more accurately, thereby it can provide guidelines for the current engineering application.
