摘要
为解决国家空间安全体系中的不确定性和不确知性问题,提出了利用作战实验理论推进国家空间安全分析仿真研究的建设构想。基于空间安全态势,围绕空间力量构建、空间任务规划、空间技术创新构筑了空间发展战略,形成了总体的空间安全体系;鉴于空间的特殊性及空间试验存在的高风险、高费用特点,明确了空间研究对于空间实验的现实需求;提出了国家空间安全仿真实验基本原则,设计了仿真实验程序,构建了支撑仿真实验的技术体系。应用面向服务的高层体系结构,给出了国家空间安全系统建模方案,为仿真实验系统的论证、设计、构建提供了坚实的基础。
To resolve the uncertainty of the risk control system in the national space security system,research on analysis and simulation of space security is advanced with operational experiments theory. Space development strategy is established based on the construction of space power,the programming of space mission,and the creation of space technique based on space security situation,forming the space security system. Due to the particularity of space and high risks and costs of space test,realistic demand of research on space to space experiment is proposed. Basic principle and experiment program of space security simulation is are established,and the supporting technology system is given.The modeling scheme of national space security system is provided using high level architecture facing service,which it holds a solid foundation for demonstration,design,and establishment of simulation experiment system.
