摘要
适合于铝合金固溶、时效处理的新型生产线主要由上料台、固溶炉、气淬室、时效炉和卸料台组成,料框的有效尺寸为1 700 mm宽、1 300 mm长、800 mm高,最大装载量1 000 kg。A356铝合金气缸在该生产线进行了535℃×255 min、以≥℃/s气冷固溶处理,随后190℃×90 min时效处理。结果,气缸的强度和断后伸长率均达到了要求。此外,该生产线在生产率、环保、节能、安全可靠性等方面也符合设计要求。
A novel production line which is applicable to solution and aging treatments is composed essentially of charging bed,solution treating furnace,gas-quenching chamber,aging furnace,and discharging bed.The work space of charging frame measures 1 700 mm wide ×1 300 mm long ×800 mm high in which workpieces weighing 1 000 kg may be placed at most.A356 aluminum alloy cylinders were solution treated by soaking at 535 ℃ for 255 min,and gas-cooled at≥1 ℃/s,then aged at 190 ℃for 90 min in this production line.As a result,strength and elongation of the cylinders were all conformed with the requirements.In addition,the production line also met specifications for which it was designed in such aspects as production rate,environmental impact,energy saving, reliability,etc.
