摘要
为探索合金工具钢碳饱和度(A)与其二次硬化效果之间的定量关系,作者对国内外30多种合金工具钢进行了整理、分析。由此可以断定,碳饱和度对合金工具钢二次硬化效果有很大的影响。随着A值的增大,合金工具钢尤其是高速钢,其二次硬化效果更为明显。例如,M2高速钢,如果其A值小于0.76,淬火、回火后的硬度很难达到65 HRC。
To reveal a quantitative relation of carbon saturability (A) of alloy tool steels to their secondary hardening effect,the writers sorted out and analyzed more than 30 types of alloy tool steel at home and abroad. From this it may be concluded that the carbon saturability will have considerable influence on the secondary hardening effect of alloy tool steel.As the carbon saturability increses,alloy tool steels,especially high speed steels,will exhibite still obvious secondary hardening effect.For example,if A value is less than 0.76,type M2 high speed steel is difficult to offer as high hardness as 65 HRC.
