摘要 介绍了太阳能光热发电系统的组成,设计开发了槽式光热发电站中导热油循环系统的工艺流程,给出了导热油循环回路系统中注油和排油的方法。研究了太阳能光热发电中导热油结焦积垢的机理,分析了导热油结焦积垢清洗最常用的两种方法,即无机清洗剂清洗和有机清洗剂清洗,最后总结了有机清洗剂的清洗机理和清洗效果。 The composition of the solar thermal power generation system was introduced. The process of the heat con- ducting oil circulating system in the trough type solar thermal power station was designed and developed, anti the method of oiling and oil discharging in the oil circulation system was put forward. The mechanism of coking and fouling of heat conducting oil was studied. The two most commonly used cleaning methods, cleaning with inorganic cleaner or organic cleaner, were analyzed. Finally. the cleaning mechanism and effect of organic cleaner were summarized.
