摘要
科技发展对无刷直流电动机的性能提出更高要求。本文在研究无刷直流电动机导通方式的基础上,以单片机PIC16F877A和锁存型霍尔传感器为核心,设计了控制系统硬件电路和软件程序。硬件电路包括PIC16F877A最小系统、电机转子位置检测单元及开关管隔离驱动单元,控制系统软件程序采用MPLAB软件编写。
With the development of science and technology, a higher demand about performance of brushless DC motor is raised. Based on the conduction mode of brushless DC motor, hardware cir- cuit and software program of control system are designed by using PIC16F877A and latched hall sensor as core. The hardware circuit includes PICI6F877A smallest system, position detection,of ro- tor, and IGBT isolation driver. The control system is written by using MPLAB.
