摘要
基于生命周期评价法对改良西门子法和冶金法生产太阳能级多晶硅的整个生产工艺中资源投入、能量消耗、环境排放和生命周期环境综合影响进行计算和分析,通过定量化比较,得出了二者影响环境的主要工序和环节,找出降低环境负荷的主要方向和途径.研究结果可为企业节能降耗、降低生产过程的环境负荷提供科学依据.
This paper mainly focuses on using life cycle assessment method to make a comprehensive analysis for the allocation of resources, the energy consumption, the environmental emissions and the comprehensive life cycle environmental impact in the whole production process of solar grade multi-crystalline silicon by modified Siemens method and metallurgical route. Through a quantitatively comparable research, then find out the main processes and links which are easily impacted by the environment and the primary ways and methods of reducing the environmental load. This research can provide scientific evidence for enterprises' energy saving and the reductive environmental load in the production process.
