摘要
提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的工业控制系统实时响应性能自动测试平台设计方法。以虚拟仪器为基础平台,运用NI硬件板卡输出、计数器应用、数据分析与计算、报表生成等技术,设计了一套系统实时响应性能的自动测试系统,实现了响应性能的自动化测试,与双踪示波器测试系统响应性能方法进行对比,测试数据准确可靠,测试效率大大提升。
In this paper,a method of automatic test platform for real time response performance of industrial control system based on virtual instrument is proposed.Based on virtual instrument,some technical including,signal simulation output,counter application,data statistics and analysis,report generation are developed.By using them,System of real-time automatic testing system for industrial automatic meter is designed.Compared with the OScilloscope testing,the test efficiency is significantly improved by using the automatic testing system.
