摘要
本文首先介绍了我国高速公路的基本情况、收费方式和收费制式,重点介绍了ETC收费系统的特点,再从排队论角度,对不同收费模型下的交通特性进行了分析,最后利用仿真手段分别对MTC和ETC两种收费方式下高速公路缴费车辆延误进行对比,得出高速公路收费站采用ETC收费方式能大大减少车辆延误的结论。本文的研究可对高速公路收费模型选择提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。
The paper first introduces the basic situation of, charging method and charging system of China's express- way, focusing on the characteristics of the ETC charging system. Besides, the traffic characteristics of different charg- ing models arc analyzed from the perspective of queuing theory. At last, by using simulation methods, comparing the highway pay vehicle delay under the two charging methods of MTC and ETC, we can draw a conclusion that the ETC toll collection method can reduce the vehicle delay greatly in the highway toll stations. The research can serve as a reference for selecting the highway toll model.
