摘要
分别采用水、乙二醇、甘油做加热介质,考察了水与乙二醇、甘油与乙二醇两种体系对沥青软化点的影响,并对两种体系下测得的软化点的差值及变化规律进行了对比分析。结果表明,软化点小于80℃的沥青,使用乙二醇做加热介质比使用水做加热介质测得的软化点高,差值在1℃左右;软化点大于80℃的沥青,使用甘油做加热介质比使用乙二醇做加热介质测得的软化点值高,差值在3—5℃之间。
Water, glycol and glycerol were used as heating medium in the asphalt softening point tests. We took a series of asphalt softening point tests in water and glycol, glycerol and glycol. Then the difference and change laws of softening point between the two systems were compared and analyzed. The results showed that : for asphah whose softening point is lower than 80 ℃, the softening point using glycol as heating medium is higher than that using water, and the difference is about 1. 0 ℃ ; for asphalt whose is softening point higher than 80 ℃, the results that using glycerol as heating medium is higher than that using glycol, the difference is between 3 ℃ to 5 ℃.
