摘要
目的探讨老年痴呆症(AD)患者护理过程中采用怀旧疗法的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的老年痴呆症患者90例,按照双盲随机原则将其分成对照组(n=45)和和观察组(n=45),分别给予常规药物治疗及常规护理干预措、常规药物治疗配合怀旧疗法干预,分别使用老年痴呆生活质量量表(QOL-AD)、痴呆抑郁量表(CSSDD)以及精神状态量表(MMSE)对2组患者干预前后的效果进行评价。同时,采用自制护理服务满意度调查问卷评价2组患者对护理质量的满意度。结果干预后,2组患者的QOL-AD、CSDD和MMSE量表评分均显著改善,但观察组指标改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年痴呆症患者的治疗护理中采用怀旧疗法干预方式能够稳定患者的情绪,改善认知能力和生活质量,提高护理质量,因此值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate application effect of nostalgic therapy in nursing of Alzheimer’s patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with Alzheimer’ s disease in our hospital randomized into two groups according to the principle of double blind method,the control group（ n =45） was given routine drug therapy and routine nursing intervention,and observation group（ n = 45）received routine drug treatment and nostalgic therapy intervention,Alzheimer’ s quality of life scale（ QOL-AD）,dementia,depression scale（ CSSDD） and mental state scale（ MMSE） was used to evaluate the treatment effect of two groups before and after intervention. At the same time,self-designed nursing service satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate nursing quality of two groups.Results After intervention,QOL-AD,CSDD and MMSE scale scores were significantly improved,and the observation group improved more than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Nostalgic therapy in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer’s disease can stabilize mood,improve cognitive ability,the quality of life of patients and quality of nursing,so it deserves to be popularized.
