摘要
随着汽车轻量化趋势的发展,高强钢应用已成为汽车轻量化的最佳手段。论述了第三代高强钢中的淬火延性钢在汽车上的应用,将淬火延性钢的冲压特性及回弹特性与同级别的第一代高强钢进行了对比试验及分析,并选择典型车身零部件进行仿真模拟分析。结果表明:淬火延性钢适合形状相对复杂、强度要求高的安全结构件生产,但回弹较大。通过减少圆角半径可有效控制回弹量,从而实施减薄减重,满足车身轻量化效果。
With the development currency of automotive light-weight,application of HSS has been the best mean to achieve light-weight.The application of quenched partition steel( short for QP) belonging to the third generation HSS was discussed. Compared with the first generation steel,their stamping and springback characteristics were contrasted through test. The typical auto part was selected to do simulation analysis. The result shows: for the complex shape and high strength structure part,the QP steel can fully fulfill the requirements but the springback is a bit larger. By reducing the radius,the springback value can be decreased effectively. So the part can become thinner and the weight reducing can be achieved.
