摘要
目前我国积极倡导在环境污染损害尚未发生之前,实施环境预警监测。环境预警监测是一项刚刚兴起的课题,也是环境监测部门有效应对突发环境事件的时代要求和重要任务。文章阐述环境预警监测的意义,并着重对环境预警监测的原则进行了探析,具有借鉴意义。
Today, Environmental alert monitoring has been actively carried out before that environment is polluted in China. Environmental alert monitoring is being researched as a newly emerging subject. It also is requirements of the times and important mission of effective response Unexpected environmental events to the Environmental monitoring department. The signification, principle of environmental alert monitoring are analyzed, which have a reference significance.
