摘要
目的了解非内分泌科临床护士对血糖管理知识的掌握、应用和需求现状,分析其影响因素。方法于2015年6月采用分层抽样的方法调查四川大学华西医院593名非内分泌科临床护士对血糖管理知识的掌握、应用和需求现状。结果 5.56%的护士掌握血糖管理知识,不同岗位护士的知识掌握情况差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);81.62%的护士会主动关注血糖异常或糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况且77.23%的护士会主动对其进行健康教育,但仅15.01%的护士会及时正确处置患者的高/低血糖;98.92%的护士认为自己关于血糖管理的知识不能满足临床需要,95%以上的护士认为了解血糖管理及糖尿病知识非常重要,需要系统培训。结论血糖管理愈来愈得到非内分泌科临床护士的重视,但由于相关知识不足,对血糖管理知识需求大,需要从医院层面开展相关培训。
Objective To study the situation of the grasp, application and need of blood glucose management knowledge in nurses not work in Endocrinology Ward, and analyze its influence factors. Methods 593 nurses who did not work in Endocrinology Ward of West China Hospital of Sichuan University had been investigated by stratified sampling method in June 2015 and been asked to finish the questionnaire about blood glucose knowledge grasp, application and need. Results Only 5.56% nurses mastered the knowledge of blood glucose management. The levels of knowledge were different in different positions of nurses（P〈0.01）. 81.62% nurses paid attention to pathoglycemia or diabetic patients,while 77.23% nurses educated them. Only 15.01% nurses cared patient who with hyper or hypoglycemia well. 98.92%nurses considered themselves had not enough knowledge of diabetes and blood glucose management. Above of 95%nurses considered the knowledge of diabetes and blood glucose management was very important and needed training.Conclusion More and more nurses pay attention to the knowledge of blood glucose management which most of them are lacked. The training about blood glucose management needs to carry out from the aspects of hospital.
