摘要
以粘胶纤维为原料,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂,合成了阳离子改性粘胶纤维,采用正交试验法和单因素实验考察了氢氧化钠用量、反应温度、反应时间对阳离子改性粘胶纤维吸附甲基橙性能和氮含量的影响,得出了最佳反应工艺条件为:反应温度为70℃,反应时间为1h,醚化剂的加入量为粘胶纤维的30%,碱液的加入量为0.72g,加入量为粘胶纤维的1%。采用紫外分光光度计测定了阳离子改性粘胶纤维的吸附性能,实验结果表明:阳离子改性粘胶纤维对染料的吸附具有选择性,对甲基橙溶液的吸附能力明显优于次甲基蓝溶液。
With viscose fiber, etherifying agent as raw materials, sodium hydroxide as catalyst, Cationic viscose fiber wassynthesized. Using orthogonal test and single factor experiment, the sodium hydroxide dosage, reaction temperature and reactiontime were investigated which influence adsorption performance of methyl orange and nitrogen content of cationic modification ofviscose fiber. It is concluded that the best reaction process conditions as follows: reaction temperature is 70 ℃, reaction time isI hour, the addition of etherifying agent amount is 30% of the viscose fiber, the addition of alkali amount is 0.72 grams which is1% of the amount of the viscose fiber. The adsorption performance of cationic viscose fiber was tested using ultravioletspectrophotometer . The experimental results show that the cationic viscose fiber has selective adsorption of dye adsorption abilityand the adsorption capacity of the methyl orange solution is superior to methylene blue solution.
