摘要
输送物料的皮带在刚发生撕裂时,当从撕裂口掉到接料盘上的物料堆积至一定程度时,放置在料斗下料口处的自动跳停装置会使行程开关上的电源断开,皮带停止运转,从而防止了皮带大面积撕裂。该装置结构简单、安装便捷。
When the material conveying belt is in just tear, and the material is dropped on the collecting disk accumulates to a certain degree, automatic jump stop device work to disconnect the power of travel switch at the hopper outlet, the belt stops running. Thereby preventing the belt tearing a large area. The device have the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation.
