摘要
文章描述了一种实用的温度检测仪表设计,此仪表包括模拟信号前端输入检测,发送到上位机以便后继处理。采用铂热电阻Pt100传感器进行由温度到电量的转换,该信号输入单片机处理后由液晶显示器显示测量温度。实测结果表明,系统可靠性、测试精度及温度趋势曲线绘制均达到设计要求。
This paper describes the design of a practical temperature measurement instrument, which includes analog signal front end input detection, subsequent processing after sending to the host computer. The Pt100 sensor is used for the conversion of temperature to electric quantity, which is used to input MCU and to display the temperature of the liquid crystal display. The measured results show that the system reliability, test accuracy and temperature trend curve are drawn to meet the design requirements.
