摘要
门扇间隙及层、轿门地坎尺寸的测量是电梯检验过程中的重要检验项目,但也是最繁琐的项目,不仅测量数据多,而且数据读取困难。本文通过设计一简易测量工具,可以实现快速测量,并能准确判断是否合格,极大减轻了检验人员的工作强度,提高检验检测效率,而且简易测量工具具有体积小、重量轻、使用方便、便于携带的特点。
Measuring the door gap, and the door sill size are an important inspection items in elevator inspection, but also the most complex projects, which is not only with multi the measurement data, but also with difficult data reading. Through the design of a simple measurement tool, this paper can achieve rapid measurement, and can accurately determine whether the qualified, greatly reduces the inspection staff ＇s working intensity, improves inspection efficiency, and the simple measurement tool has the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy to use, easy to carry.
