摘要
以正丙醇-硫酸铵双水相作为提取溶剂,在超声波的辅助下从柿叶中提取黄酮;由正交试验确定提取的最优条件,结果表明以1.00 g柿叶粉末为原料,在每毫升水0.30 g硫酸铵、正丙醇与水的体积比为0.6、料液比1:45的条件下,超声波提取25 min,黄酮得率可达3.68%。
Adopts n-propanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system coupling with ultrasonic to extract flavonoids from Persimmon leaves, By the orthogonal test to determine the optimal conditions of extraction. The results showed that: under the conditions of the dosage of ammonium sulfate 0.30 g/mL, With 1.00 g persimmon leaves powder as material, n-propanol and water ratio of 0.6, materials and liquid ratiol:45, the ultrasonic extraction of 25 min, the extraction yield of flavonoids was 3.68%.
