基于摩擦与泄漏补偿的主动静态电液测力系统建模与实验研究

摘要 为克服电液测力系统普遍存在的摩擦及泄漏对其测量精度的影响,基于弹塑性变形理论及流体动力学方程,建立了测力系统执行元件液压缸摩擦与泄漏总阻力方程。利用AMESim软件构建了考虑摩擦、泄漏及活塞杆伸出量的液压缸仿真模型。通过分析活塞杆伸出量及油液压力与泄漏的关系,探究了其对测量精度的影响,在此基础上搭建主动静态电液测力实验系统,基于摩擦与泄漏模型对油液推力进行了实时补偿。理论及实验研究结果表明,在主动静态电液测力状态下,基于摩擦与泄漏补偿模型的电液测量精度可达0.58%,从而为提高电液测力测量精度提供了一种新的方法。 In order to overcome the impact of friction and leakage on the measurement accuracy in the electro-hydraulic system, a friction and leakage total resistance equation of hydraulic cylinder in force measuring system is established based on the theory of elastic-plastic deformation and the fluid mechanics continuity equations.The simulation model of hydraulic cylinder considering the friction and leakage and the elongation of the piston rod is established relying on AMESim, the impact on the measurement accuracy is studied by analyzing the impact on leakage of the elongation of the piston rod and the oil pressure. A system of the static active electro-hydraulic force measurement is build, and a real-time compensation of the oil thrust is carried out based on the model of friction and leakage. The theory and experiment results show that the measurement accuracy from the friction and leakage compensation method is 0.58%.The theoretical basis and methods provide a new method for solving the problem of low accuracy by utilizing the electro-hydraulic force measurement.
