摘要
研究开发多点顺序注塑成型工艺及模具,实现汽车灯具长条柱形导光件的高光无痕注射成型。产品中齿型花纹成型模具采用一体化镶嵌结构,确保可以直接使用微径(<R0.1mm)刀具高精切削加工成形。方案科学、合理,取得具有显著的效果,在产业上有良好的推广应用价值。
Research and development of multi-point sequential injection molding process and mold, to achieve a long strip of light guide light parts injection molding. The tooth pattern forming die of the product adopts the integral mosaic structure, and make sure can directly use the micro-diameter tools（〈R0.1mm）for high-precision machining_ The plan is scientific and reasonable, and has remarkable effect, and it has good popularization and application value in the industry.
