摘要
石家庄轨道交通一号线某盾构区间右线施工过程中,第480~497环出现了管片错台、变形等病害,其中4环管片椭圆变形超出了设计规范。针对该病害,在分析隧道管片破损原因的基础上开展加固施工。提出地质疏松、盾构超挖、注浆不足是导致病害发生的原因。通过管片外注浆加固土体、管片内张钢环等工艺,使变形管片自身受力状况和安装质量得到改善。经90 d监测,区段隧道管片无新形式损坏出现。施工方案可靠,隧道修复总体质量良好。
In Shijiazhuang City Rail Transit Line 1 project interval shield right line construction process,480~497 rings appeared slab staggering,deformation and other diseases,in which ellipticity deformation of 4 rings segment beyond the design standards. Focused on this problem,we carried out reinforcement construction based on the analysis on the causes of tunnel damage. The reason why occurs these disease was geological loosen,overbreak of shield and the shortage of grouting. Through the grouting reinforcement soil,internal tension steel ring process,the segment force condition and the quality of installation were improved. After 90 days of monitoring,the section of tunnel segment without appeared new damage,and the overall quality was good.
