摘要
中国是世界上为数不多的有两座全球创意城市网络"美食之都"的国家,但是中国"美食之都"不管是创意产业定位还是城市创意发展都明显不突出。立足于创意城市的视角,文章在梳理全球创意城市网络"美食之都"发展情况的基础上,通过阐释全球创意城市网络"美食之都"的评审标准,从产业、资源、技术、文化、宽容等层面探讨了"美食之都"建设的国际理念,并基于对全球创意城市网络"美食之都"的创意实践和中国"美食之都"的本土化探索的比较总结,剖析了中国"美食之都"建设中存在的问题和原因,提出了中国应从美食创意产业定位、美食民间智慧、美食认证体系、美食遗产价值以及美食创意环境等方面进行"美食之都"建设的相关思路。
China is among the few countries which have two cities who are granted as"City of Gastronomy"of UNESCO creative cities network,but the two"City of Gastronomy"in China are in an inferior position from the perspectives of industrial orientation and creative development.On basis of discussing the development of"City of Gastronomy",the article probes the international ideas of the construction of"City of Gastronomy"on the levels of industry,resource,technology,culture and tolerance by interpreting the criteria of"City of Gastronomy".Following the international ideas of"City of Gastronomy",it then analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the construction of"City of Gastronomy"in China through the comparison of the practice of"City of Gastronomy"from international and local aspects,and proposes that China should carry on the the construction of localization of"City of Gastronomy",paying attention to the aspects as the orientation of the creative industry,folk wisdom,certification system,heritage value and creative environment of gastronomy.
