微量MIC法对结核分枝杆菌异质性的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价微量MIC法在结核分枝杆菌异质性研究中的应用价值,为临床提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月60例结核病患者痰液利用利福平和异烟肼MGIT 960液体培养法和改良罗氏比例法检测药敏结果不一致的分离株标本,微量MIC法检测其对两种药物的敏感性,线性探针杂交法检验其基因型表达情况。结果对同一患者异质性分离株,微量MIC法与改良罗氏比例法药敏结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),微量MIC法与MGIT 960法差异无统计学意义。结论微量MIC法可用于结核分枝杆菌异质性的筛查,同时联合线性探针杂交法检测可以对结核分枝杆菌的耐药行检测提供早期、快速诊断,并为临床个体化用药提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the trace MIC method used in the heterogeneity study of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,so as to provide clinical reference.METHODS A total of 60 cases heterogeneity tuberculosis stains from Jan.2014 to Dec.2015 were selected,and the separated strain of samples in different sensitivity results were under detection by rifampicin and isoniazide MGIT 960 liquid culture method and modified roche drug susceptibility method.The sensitivity of the samples to the two drugs were detected by the trace MIC method and the linear probe hybridization method to test its gene expression.RESULTS There were different statistical significance between the trace MIC method and modified roche drug susceptibility method(P〈0.01)in patients with the same heterogeneity isolates,butt here were no significance between the trace MIC method and MGIT 960 method.CONCLUSIONThe trace MIC method can be used for the heterogeneity of M.tuberculosis screening.At the same time,the combination of linear probe hybridization method and it to detect M.tuberculosis drug resistance,could provide an early detection,rapid diagnosis and the basis for clinical individualized medication.
