摘要
研究了以硅酸钠为硅源,采用液相沉积法在硫酸钙晶须表面包覆致密二氧化硅纳米膜对硫酸钙晶须进行无机改性。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等检测手段,对包覆二氧化硅的硫酸钙晶须的形貌及包覆机理进行了分析。结果表明,在反应温度为90℃、反应液p H为9条件下,可以得到二氧化硅致密包覆膜,包覆后的硫酸钙晶须可显著提高ζ电位;将该材料应用于三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体中,可有效改善晶须在热塑性弹性体中的分散程度。
With sodium silicate as silicon source, dense silica nano-films were coated on the surface of calcium sulfate whisker (CSW) by liquid deposit method to modify it inorganically.Silica-coated CSW and mechanism were characterized by scan- ning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR ) etc.. Results showed that when the reaction temperature was 90 ℃ and pH=9, a dense silica layer coated on the surface of CSW uniformly.The zeta potential was obviously improved after coating.When SiO2-CSW was applied in thermoplastic elastomer of EPDM/PP, it could effectively improve the degree of dispersion of CSW.
