摘要
2013年钙钛矿太阳电池的研究取得突破性进展,目前成为国内外研究的热点前沿技术,3年时间国内外发表相关研究论文近千篇,公开发明专利千余件。由于钙钛矿太阳电池性能的稳定性比较差以及相关配套材料的技术开发未跟上,严重影响了钙钛矿太阳电池的扩大研究和产业化步伐。从新公开的钙钛矿太阳电池的专利内容入手,综述了钙钛矿太阳电池光吸收层骨架纳米材料的组成、主要作用、制备方法、应用方法、相关专利的技术进展、存在的难点问题和改进方向,以拓宽专业技术人员的研究开发思路,针对钙钛矿太阳电池对纳米材料的技术要求开发专用的纳米材料,为钙钛矿太阳电池的扩大研究和产业化提供配套的纳米材料。
From 2013,the researches on perovskite solar cell have gained breakthrough progress,Recently, perovskite solar cells have received substantial worldwide attention.Over thousand papers and patents have be published or opened both in China and abroad in recent three years.Because of the poor stability and lacking of mature related supporting materials tech- nology,the proceeding of seale-up test and industrialization has been severely hindered.The constitution,main functions, preparation methods, and application methods of light-absorption layer nano-materials in perovskite solar cell as well as re- lated patent technology progress and their shortages or corrective directions were reviewed through analyzing a large amount of new opened patents in perovskite solar cell area ,which may inspire researchers getting novel ideas to develop new inor- ganic nano-materials to match the need of further study and industrialization of perovskite solar ceils.
