摘要
高校辅导员论坛是辅导员培训体系中的基础环节,承担着辅导员的岗前培训、日常培训等重要任务。辅导员论坛高效、持续地运行需要论坛愿景、结构扁平化、成员团队化及领导者的新角色等基本条件,需要实施的制度化、内容的系统化、学习与工作发展相结合、知识与能力并重等行动策略,通过采取讲授、探析、演练等与培训内容相匹配的组织形式,以实现辅导员"工作+学习+创新"三位一体的专业化、职业化发展路径,实现内容完善、形式多样、保障有力的培训机制。
College counselor forum what undertaking tasks of the pre-job training counselor and daily training etc. is a basic part in counselors' training system. Counselor forum's efficient and continuous operation requires basic conditions of the forum vision, the structure of the flat, the member team and the new role of the leader and so on, also requires action strategies of institutionalized implement, systematic content, combining learning and development, both knowledge and ability. By several forms of organization matched with training such as taking teaching, exploring, training and the training content that matches, it is to achieve the instructors "work study innovation" as the "Trinity" of professional, career development path, and to construct perfect contents, various forms and ensure effective training system.
