摘要
球压试验是考量绝缘材料,非金属的耐热性能的关键试验。球压压痕部分两端点位置的确定及测量在球压试验中至关重要,该文提出了一种压痕直径测量的改进方法,通过最小二乘法拟合圆的数学方法和C语言编程,可以精确计算压痕直径,使测量结果更为精准。
The ball pressure test is a key test to consider the heat resistance of non-metallic and non-ceramic materials.The location and measurement of the two points of the ball impression are very important in the ball pressure test.In this paper,an improved method for measuring the impression diameter is proposed, by using the least square method to fit the circle method and the C language programming,the impression diameter can be accurately calculated to make the measurement result more accurate.
