摘要
目的探讨合理用血监管流程在临床输血合理性和用血安全中的作用。方法通过质控前移的方式,对来自克拉玛依市中心医院23个临床用血科室的3 116个输血病例进行输血合理性研究。结果建立输血前合理监管流程后结果显示1)临床输血人次较监管前减少了182人次;2)用血不合理性由监管前的15.95%(243/1 523)降至8.97%(135/1 593);3)总节约用血量为47 850 m L。结论输血前合理用血监管流程的使用,提高了临床输血合理性,节约了血液资源,为临床安全用血提供了保证。
Objective To discuss the effect of the regulatory process for rational usage of blood in the clinical blood transfusion rationality and blood usage safety. Methods The blood transfusion rationality of a total of 3 116 cases from 23 clinical departments of Karamay Central Hospital was studied via Quality Control Forward Mode. Results The results showed that after establishing the regulatory process for rational usage of blood ： 1 ）. the number of clinical blood transfusion patients was reduced by 182; 2）. the unreasonable blood usage were reduced from 15.95% to 8.97% ; 3）. the total volume of blood salvage was 47 850 ml. Conclusion The regulatory process for rational usage of blood before blood transfusion can improve the clinical blood transfusion rationality, save blood resources and provide guarantee for the safety of clinical blood usage.
