摘要
甘肃省肃北蒙古族自治县的双语教育工作经历了较长的发展历史。文章通过对肃北县双语教育教学模式、课程设置、教材、师资、教学效果、特色活动等进行调研,发现肃北县双语教育存在对双语教育教学认识不足、双语教学名师缺乏、教师职业发展面临困境、信息技术与课程整合不到位以及双语教育教学科研持续性不足等问题。文章认为,要解决肃北县双语教育存在的问题应采取多种措施:营造双语教育教学的环境,重视师资队伍建设与发展,开发校本课程,鼓励教师开展校本教研,完善评价机制等。
Subei Mongolian Autonomous County in Gansu Province has a long history of bilingual education. According to an investigation of its bilingual education from the aspects of teaching mode, curriculum offering, textbooks, teaching faculty, feedback, and featured activities, it is found that there exist problems such as low attention to the importance of bilingual education, lack of experienced bilingual teachers, difficulty in teachers' professional development, poor adoption of information techniques in teaching, unsustainability of academic researches, etc. To tackle those problems, the following measures should be taken into account: creating an environment friendly to bilingual education, faculty construction, development of school-based curriculum, and encouragement of school-based teaching and research, and refinement of evaluation mechanism.
