Design of crop nutrient solution conductivity sensor and its measurement system

摘要 针对作物营养液电导率的特点,设计了一种基于电磁感应原理与电极组合的电导率传感器及其测量系统。阐述了该组合式电导率传感器的结构与工作原理并选取了传感器最优参数。针对温度对电导率的影响,提出了软件自动温度补偿法,并利用电导率标准液对传感器进行了标定。实验结果表明:该电导率传感器测量的相对误差小于1%,满足作物营养液电导率的测量要求。 Aiming at characteristics of crop nutrient solution conductivity,a conductivity sensor and its measurement system based on principle of electromagnetic induction and combined with electrode are designed.The structure and working principle of the combined conductivity sensor are described. Also,the optimal parameters of the sensor are selected. Aiming at influence of temperature on conductivity,a software automatic temperature compensation method is proposed,and calibration of the sensor is carried out by using standard conductivity solution. Experimental results show that the relative error of measured conductivity sensor is less than1 %,and it can meet requirement of measuring crop nutrient solution conductivity.
