摘要
目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在肺结核病检查中的应用价值。方法采用Roche全自动生化分析仪通过对随机抽取的80例患者检查血清CRP的阳性与阴性值进行回顾性分析。结果 40例肺结核患者CRP阳性率显著高于40例肺部炎性感染患者,其中20例痰涂片阳性肺结核患者比20例痰涂片阴性肺结核患者的CRP阳性率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP检测对肺结核病反应阳性率高,其中痰涂片阳性肺结核CRP阳性率高于痰涂片阴性肺结核,对肺结核感染的辅助诊断有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of serum C reactive protein（CRP） in the examination of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The positive and negative values of 80 patients with CRP were reviewed and analyzed by Roche automatic biochemical analyzer.Results In 80 cases,40 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with CRP positive rate was significantly higher than 40 cases of pulmonary inflammatory infection,of which 20 cases of sputum smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with sputum smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis patients with CRP positive.Conclusion The positive rate of CRP test for pulmonary tuberculosis is high,and the positive rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis is higher than smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis,and it has important clinical practical value for the auxiliary diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis infection.
