摘要
该文在调研物流企业人才需求的基础上,提出采取校政企多方合作,实行订单式人才培养模式和新学徒制考核体系,利用高职院校的教育资源对物流企业员工进行培训的办学模式,为物流管理专业人才培养提供一定参考。
With the rapid development of e-commerce industry, the logistics industry has been experiencing geometric growth, and the more striking demand for professional management personnel has been put forward. A lot of higher vocational colleges have offered the major of logistics management, while the problems of unclear training objective, lacking of teaching practice resources, uptight cooperation of government, college and company etc. are obvious. Based on the results of a survey, this paper provides some suggestions： the cooperation should be multi-agent; the order-oriented training mode and the apprenticeship evaluation system should be carried out; the staff training of logistics enterprises should make full use of the teaching resources of higher vocational colleges.
