摘要
针对办公休闲椅中搁脚机构的相关要求,首先对搁脚机构进行结构设计,然后利用机械系统动力学自动分析软件(Adams)对搁脚机构的运动特性进行研究,并为优化搁脚机构性能,对冲击较为剧烈以及超出功能要求的相关构件和部位进行了尺寸改进.仿真结果表明,优化后的搁脚机构具有更好的运动学性能.
Aiming at the related requirements of the office chair leg- supporter structure, this paper firstly designs the structure for the leg - supporter. Then, do the kinematics analysis for the leg - sup- porter structure with the simulation software of Adams. In order to optimize the performance of the leg -supporter, an improvement has been made on the size of relevant components and parts which are be- yond the function requirements and receive more dramatic impact. The simulations show that optimized leg - supporter structure has better kinematics performance.
