摘要
针对电力行业高压开关用SF_6气体微水变送器出厂时因变送器内壁附着水分而影响变送器测量精度和响应时间的问题,本文设计了一种专门用于高压开关SF_6微水变送器干燥的真空干燥装置,系统通过反复抽真空、充入高纯度氮气对微水变送器进行干燥处理,最终达到微水变送器出厂时水分含量低于50ppm的标准,实现微水变送器快速干燥,提高变送器的相应时间和检测精度。
Aiming at the problem of the SF6 gas micro-water transmitter for the high-voltage switch in the power industry,we designed a vacu- um drying device which special uses for drying high-voltage switch SF6 micro-water transmitter in this paper.When delivery, the inner wall of the trans- mitte will adherent moisture, which will affect transmitter accuracy and response time.Therefore,the system gets on the drying treatment for mi- cro transmitter by evacuated repeatedly and filled with high-purity nitrogen. Micro - water transmitters will achieve a standard of moisture content be- low 50ppm when delivery.The micro - water transmitter will be dried faster, even be improved the response time and the detection accuracy.
